The Balala Fairies live in the Ocean Resources Conservation Pavilion. They help to save injured marine animals. However, one mysterious team suddenly shows up applying high technology to hunt marine animals. It turns out the team is directed behind the scenes by Dr. Phantom. Therefore, the Balala Fairies start the fight for keeping safe the animals.
